RETURN POLICY

Personalized merchandise may not be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. If there is a manufacturer defect, you must return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt and a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Please include in your package a letter stating the reason for your return. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

SHIPPING POLICY & RATES

All orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of receipt.

We use the USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) to deliver orders.

The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the subtotal of your order. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping.
